Tuna Tacos with Ginger Honey and Soy
 Tuna Steaks 2 ea
 ​Howell’s Standard Ginger Honey ​2 Tbsp, plus more for drizzling
 ​Sesame Oil ½ tsp
 Rice Wine Vinegar 1 tsp
 Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp
 Hoisin Sauce 1 Tbsp
 Gochujang Sauce (or Sriracha) ½ Tbsp
 Corn Tortillas 12 ea
 Your Favorite Taco Toppings As desired

 

  1. Prepare a marinade by whisking together Howell’s Standard Ginger Honey, Sesame Oil, Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Hoisin, and Gochujang. Pour mixture into a Ziploc bag along with Tuna Steaks and allow to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Heat grill to high and cook marinated Tuna Steaks to desired doneness.
  3. Slice tuna into thin strips and layer onto Tortillas, finishing with a drizzle of additional honey, as well as your favorite Taco toppings.
