Tuna Tacos with Ginger Honey and Soy

| Tuna Steaks | 2 ea | 
| Howell’s Standard Ginger Honey | 2 Tbsp, plus more for drizzling | 
| Sesame Oil | ½ tsp | 
| Rice Wine Vinegar | 1 tsp | 
| Soy Sauce | 2 Tbsp | 
| Hoisin Sauce | 1 Tbsp | 
| Gochujang Sauce (or Sriracha) | ½ Tbsp | 
| Corn Tortillas | 12 ea | 
| Your Favorite Taco Toppings | As desired | 
- Prepare a marinade by whisking together Howell’s Standard Ginger Honey, Sesame Oil, Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Hoisin, and Gochujang. Pour mixture into a Ziploc bag along with Tuna Steaks and allow to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
 - Heat grill to high and cook marinated Tuna Steaks to desired doneness.
 - Slice tuna into thin strips and layer onto Tortillas, finishing with a drizzle of additional honey, as well as your favorite Taco toppings.
