Tuna Tacos with Ginger Honey and Soy
|Tuna Steaks||2 ea|
|Howell’s Standard Ginger Honey||2 Tbsp, plus more for drizzling|
|Sesame Oil||½ tsp|
|Rice Wine Vinegar||1 tsp|
|Soy Sauce||2 Tbsp|
|Hoisin Sauce||1 Tbsp|
|Gochujang Sauce (or Sriracha)||½ Tbsp|
|Corn Tortillas||12 ea|
|Your Favorite Taco Toppings||As desired|
- Prepare a marinade by whisking together Howell’s Standard Ginger Honey, Sesame Oil, Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Hoisin, and Gochujang. Pour mixture into a Ziploc bag along with Tuna Steaks and allow to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
- Heat grill to high and cook marinated Tuna Steaks to desired doneness.
- Slice tuna into thin strips and layer onto Tortillas, finishing with a drizzle of additional honey, as well as your favorite Taco toppings.
