Tuna Tacos with Ginger Honey and Soy
Serves 4
Tuna Steaks | 2 ea |
Howell’s Standard Ginger Honey | 2 Tbsp, plus more for drizzling |
Sesame Oil | ½ tsp |
Rice Wine Vinegar | 1 tsp |
Soy Sauce | 2 Tbsp |
Hoisin Sauce | 1 Tbsp |
Gochujang Sauce (or Sriracha) | ½ Tbsp |
Corn Tortillas | 12 ea |
Your Favorite Taco Toppings | As desired |
1. Prepare a marinade by whisking together Howell’s Standard Ginger Honey, Sesame Oil, Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Hoisin, and Gochujang. Pour mixture into a Ziploc bag along with Tuna Steaks and allow to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
2. Heat grill to high and cook marinated Tuna Steaks to desired doneness.
3. Slice tuna into thin strips and layer onto Tortillas, finishing with a drizzle of additional honey, as well as your favorite Taco toppings.
