Grilled Soy Ginger Hot Wings

Serves 2



Chicken Wings

12 each

Salt and Pepper

To taste

Olive Oil

4 Tbsp

Garlic

2 cloves

Jalapeño, medium

1 each

Gochujang (or Sriracha)

1 Tbsp

Soy Sauce

¼ cup

Butter, melted

Half stick

Fresh Cilantro with stems

½ bunch

Howell’s Standard Ginger Honey

½ cup, plus more for drizzling

1. Toss the Wings together with the Oil, Salt and Pepper. Grill over medium heat until cooked through. Remove Wings and increase heat.


2. Prepare the sauce by combining all remaining ingredients in a blender, processing until smooth.


3. Toss grilled wings in the sauce. Return sauced Wings to the grill and cook over high heat until nicely charred.


4. Drizzle generously with remaining Howell’s Standard Ginger Honey and serve hot. Top with Green Onion and Sesame Seeds, if desired.
